Publisher review:
With RealOptimizer, the image optimizer plug-in for ACDSee, you can quickly prepare images for the Web by reducing dimensions and file size interactively. This graphic design software plug-in reduces the time required to perform optimization tasks that you would normally do in a slow, expensive, graphics editing application.

RealOptimizer, the BMP, TIFF, GIF and JPEG optimizer plug-in for ACDSee, offers a quick multi-image optimization. It lets you choose which image you'd like to use as an example of the results you'll get for all of them. Then it quickly guides you through the steps of choosing image quality, size and destination directory.

This way, RealOptimizer graphic design software lets you alter the file size and/or dimensions of 10, 100 or more images in about the same amount of time it takes to optimize 1. You can even highlight entire folders and optimize all the images inside without performing additional steps.

The RealOptimizer image optimizer presents a simple, "three window" user interface for optimizing individual images; one window for your original, one for your optimized image, and one to enter potential changes. This image optimizer interface can be accessed quickly by selecting a single image in ACDSee and clicking on Optimize in the Extras toolbar. From there, you can change your image file size and dimensions in an instant.

Optimizing a single image is as easy as moving the two slide pointers in the changes window and watching how it affects the image you want to optimize. It will only take seconds to get the results you want BMP, TIFF, JPEG and GIF optimizer. Then you simply click the Save or Save As buttons and you're done.
